Excerpts from a speech by the Artist to the
conference 'For A Creative Synthesis' at the
Centro Cultural Ixtapalapa, Mexico City.

"I create hieroglyphs for my own satisfaction and personal
pleasure, with which I sustain an intimate conversation...
It also gives me a certain satisfaction to share my scribblings
with those who make the effort to interpret the symbols and
participate in my conversation...I am interested in creating
visual communication...with themes that are passionate for
me. I want to create work that provokes questions, not
answers, and that produces ambiguity in order that the
search continues."
